Job Location Hanscom Air Force Base, MA (Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management Division – C3BM)
Schedule Monday‑Friday; 8 AM – 5 PM (10% travel required)
Responsibilities Provide administrative security support under direction of the activity security manager.
Assist the AF Cognizant Security Authority (CSA) in oversight of national security objectives.
Support day‑to‑day collateral and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) activities.
Offer multi‑disciplinary security support across information, personnel, operations, industrial, communications, acquisition, general, physical, and anti‑terrorism/force protection domains.
Perform analytical, planning, advisory, operational, or evaluative work to develop and implement policies, procedures, standards, training, and methods for identifying and protecting information, personnel, property, facilities, operations, or material.
Ensure AOC WS 10.1 baseline aligns with OPORDS and Cyber Tasking Orders; review ARE/FT ACAS documentation and provide redlines as necessary.
Provide subject matter expertise on ACAS systems and related processes; assist in design, implementation, configuration, and maintenance of ACAS tools and applications.
Standardize ACAS reporting and oversee internal and external leadership across 20+ sites; review and approve ACAS scan reports and remediation recommendations.
Develop scripting to automate compliance reporting from ACAS applications; maintain KR ACAS system at Hanscom AFB for planning, delivery, installation, security hardening, configuration, integration, and testing.
Administer Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) systems, including building, patching, and configuring RHEL 7/8 to meet STIG requirements; configure DNS, NTP, and network settings to support ACAS installation.
Qualifications U.S. Citizenship required.
B.S. degree in a related field and 10+ years of experience is required.
Must have an active Top Secret clearance and maintain it at the required level.
Travel may be required.
