Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in cable and wire assembly, is seeking a dedicated Assembler Operator to join their team. As an Assembler Operator, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and problem-solving skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
Oversee and operate machinery necessary for cable swaging, end treatments, fitting, cutting, grinding, and assembly.
Count, package, and label completed cable assemblies ensuring accuracy and quality.
Maintain production outputs and uphold quality standards for wire and cable assemblies.
Follow detailed instructions from supervisors and document job activities accurately.
Perform visual and tactile inspections, gather samples for testing, and troubleshoot manufacturing defects.
What's Needed?
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly is preferred but not required.
Ability to self-motivate and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good documentation practices and ability to analyze data.
