We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Urologist specializing in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of urologic conditions affecting adult patients. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and a patient-centered approach to care. This role includes both outpatient consultations and surgical procedures in Delray Medical Center and/or Boca Raton Regional Hospital.

Urologists specialize in all conditions and disorders relating to the bladder, kidneys, urethra, and adrenal glands. Primary care physicians often refer patients to qualified urologists for urinary tract infections, kidney stones, kidney disease, and cancers of the urinary tract, among other conditions. The team at TGH Urology Group of Florida also help patients manage chronic urinary issues, such as incontinence or overactive bladder.
While the team treats both men and women for urinary tract disorders, they also care for men s reproductive health. Whether a man has an enlarged prostate, erectile dysfunction (ED), or infertility concerns, the TGH Urology Group of Florida team can help. The caring urologists even offer advanced minimally invasive no-scalpel vasectomies right in the office.
If a patient needs diagnostic surgery, a biopsy, or a specialized urologic procedure, they can get all-inclusive care at the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat disorders of the urinary tract and male reproductive system in adult patients (average patient in 70 s)
- Perform and interpret diagnostic tests such as cystoscopies, urodynamics, and imaging studies
- Manage conditions including kidney stones, incontinence, urinary tract infections, prostate issues, and cancers of the bladder, kidneys, and prostate
- Perform urologic surgeries including minimally invasive and robotic-assisted procedures
- Prescribe and monitor medications and nonsurgical treatments
- Collaborate with primary care physicians, oncologists, nephrologists, and other specialists as needed
- Educate patients on disease prevention, lifestyle modifications, and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Completion of an accredited Urology residency program
- Valid medical license (or ability to obtain) in the state of Florida
- Fellowship training (optional) in subspecialties such as urologic oncology, endourology, or female urology is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to high-quality, evidence-based care
- 2+ years of post-residency clinical practice (new grads welcome to apply)
- Experience with robotic and minimally invasive surgical techniques
- Familiarity with EMR systems (e.g., Epic)
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Urology preferred
