We are Looking for:

A medical scribe with experience in assisting physicians by documenting patient encounters and medical history in real-time and enabling physicians to focus on patient care.

Responsibilities:

Accurately document patient encounters and medical history, including symptoms, diagnoses, medications, and treatment plans. Organize and maintain medical records, ensuring that they are complete, accurate, and up-to-date. Assist physicians with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to patient inquiries. Monitor and update patient charts and medical history, ensuring they are current and accurate. Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patient care is coordinated and effective. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, by maintaining patient confidentiality and security of medical records. Stay current on medical terminology, procedures, and coding, to ensure accurate and efficient documentation. Maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude in all interactions with patients and healthcare professionals. Support physicians during procedures, including preparing equipment and supplies and assisting with patient positioning. Perform other duties as assigned. Benefits:

Two years of medical scribe experience Medical students are considered if they have completed Medical Terminology and/or Anatomy & Physiology Bilingual Spanish Preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
