3. Forwarding phones to appropriate staff
4. Managing company voicemail
5. Printing off Mail Order orders and providing to the warehouse for shipping
6. Printing off remote Mail Order that has shipped and invoicing
7. Invoicing Wholesale Orders
8. Reviewing company inbox of emails that come in from our website and pointing those orders in the right direction
9. Keeping the front receptionist area clean
10. Managing the incoming walk-in people like shipping companies, etc. and making sure they can get into the front door after they buzz in.
11. Keeping our conference room in order for meetings and making sure that it’s always tidy.
12. This person is the face of our company, so we would like someone that is pleasant, personable, has good phone manners, and presents well.
Includes all previous duties as well as the below additional duties. Our goal is to have this new hire help with building facility maintenance monitoring.
• Once a Month: Walk the building to review all overhead lights for any reporting of light outages.
• Manage any building jobs needed and report those to an outside company who performs those duties. Be the coordinator and monitoring arm of managing that these projects get done.
• Oversee the dishwasher each week. Once a week monitor the dishwasher and dirty dishes situation. When the dish washer is full, be the person in charge of starting the dishwasher and ensuring once completed that all dishes are put away in their appropriate places.
• Monitor the trash situation in the kitchen. Make sure that Nick in our warehouse is picking that up regularly to ensure that we don’t leave food in trash cans for too long.
• Bathroom Supplies Monitoring: Check in with all the restrooms to be sure they always have adequate supply replacements available.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Must Have
- Prior customer service experience, preferably front desk/receptionist
- Someone not afraid to answer phones
- Attendance (last person let go for this)
- Ability to be team player and step up and help where needed or called upon
- MUST HAVE RECEPTIONIST experience
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
