Title: Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Location: Remote

Hours: 10am - 7pm EST Monday - Friday

Compensation: $18- $22 ( based on years of experience)

Must haves

• 2 years of customer service experience
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Fluency in English + Spanish and/or Portuguese.
• Self-motivated with strong verbal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and multiple distractions while maintaining a professional manner

Day to day

The role involves notifying investigator sites, sponsors, and affiliates of laboratory results, sponsor-designated flags, and test cancellations in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). It includes monitoring, tracking, and resolving accession holds while keeping supervisors and project managers informed of any delays. The position requires updating databases with relevant information and communicating additional testing needs to appropriate personnel. Support is provided to sites and sponsors through phone and email correspondence regarding project-related inquiries. Responsibilities also include adhering to management communications, meetings, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), assisting in the implementation of global processes, and tracking/reporting metrics within designated timelines. The role demands documentation and escalation of unresolved service failures, acting as a liaison for internal and external clients, and communicating site needs during policy or procedural changes. A strong emphasis is placed on fostering a culture of patient safety, promptly addressing and escalating related concerns, and ensuring site needs are considered before implementing new processes.

Compensation

$18 to $22

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
