As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment at a commercial real estate location. Your responsibilities will include monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, conducting routine patrols, and providing outstanding customer service. What You'll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including access control measures at the location. Monitor entrances and exits to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a secure environment within the commercial real estate property. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following protocols as directed by Allied Universal and client site policies. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter potential security-related issues and observe for unusual activity or circumstances. Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, access logs, and incident reports as required by site procedures. Assist with emergency response activities as needed, supporting first responders and Allied Universal management in accordance with established protocols. Communicate professionally with tenants, visitors, and property management to provide assistance or information related to security-related matters at the location. What We're Looking For: Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Minimum Requirements: CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
