Charlotte, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic commercial real estate location. Your visible presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication to all occupants and visitors. What You'll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding appropriately to emergency situations. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment for the location. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns. Observe and report on any unusual activity or security-related incidents, following company protocols for documentation and communication. Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points as required by site-specific guidelines. Work closely with tenants, visitors, and property management to address security-related questions and provide clear communication. Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential disturbances and provide reassurance to occupants. What We're Looking For: Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Minimum Requirements: Applicants must be at least 21 years of age. Access control or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
