As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a commercial real estate location, helping to deter security-related incidents through routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence. This driving post requires you to traverse the property, support tenants and visitors with outstanding customer service, and communicate clearly with your team. What You'll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity. Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related hazards encountered during patrols. Assist visitors, tenants, and/or employees by answering questions and directing them as needed within the location. Document and report incidents, security-related breaches, and maintenance issues according to site protocols. Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and on-site staff to support a secure environment for clients and occupants. What We're Looking For: Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Minimum Requirements: A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
