Health Insurance Reimbursement, PTO, Car Allowance About the Opportunity We are seeking a Construction Manager to oversee high-end luxury residential projects from start to finish. This is a field-based role, ideal for hands-on, detail-oriented professionals with extensive experience in luxury home construction. You will lead projects on-site, ensuring every home meets the highest standards of craftsmanship, quality, and client satisfaction. This role requires daily interaction with trade partners, vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget, while maintaining impeccable quality and client-focused service. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Soft Skills Make quick, accurate decisions within assigned authority and escalate issues as needed. Ask the right questions at the right time and consult with leadership on design issues or change orders. Maintain professional, respectful relationships with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and trades. Lead by example to inspire and motivate subcontractors, suppliers, and teams. Ensure integrity, loyalty, and a client-centered approach in all interactions. Stay current on building codes, zoning regulations, OSHA standards, and construction trends. Commit to ongoing professional development and industry best practices. Field Responsibilities Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for home construction. Conduct thorough job-site walkthroughs- interior, exterior, and every phase of construction- to identify and correct issues. Ensure subcontractors follow plans, specifications, and installation guidelines; create punch lists and follow up until completion. Maintain high levels of homeowner satisfaction during all construction phases. Inspect and verify quality and quantities of materials delivered to the site. Manage all inspections, permits, and occupancy approvals, uploading documentation as required. Ensure job site cleanliness, organization, and security daily. Coordinate punch list and warranty work, personally supervising when needed. Maintain accurate daily and weekly production notes in project management software. Monitor material flow and work with estimators, suppliers, and subcontractors to prevent shortages or overages. Schedule material deliveries Assist trades, vendors and the company with take offs when necessary Head up pre-construction meetings with various core trades and vendors before they begin (building suppliers, framers, mechanical trades. etc.) Office & Documentation Responsibilities Must be able to read plans and specs Must be Detailed and Disciplined, with a lot of follow through and urgency Use project management software (Build Book, Dropbox, Microsoft Office) for scheduling, updates, and client communication. Maintain master job schedules and ensure all team members and subcontractors are aligned. Track project financials, including budgets, change orders, and invoice approvals. Participate in weekly production meetings and other as-needed project discussions. Internal use daily logs are also required Qualifications & Experience 5+ years of field-based construction management experience, preferably in high-end luxury residential homes. Proven track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and to exceptional standards of craftsmanship. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC). Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and luxury home construction standards. Proficiency in project management software (Build Book, Microsoft Project, or similar). Passion for quality, craftsmanship, and providing an outstanding client experience. Why This Opportunity Lead
