Your mission: maximize uptime
Join a team that keeps production moving. You will combine hands-on mechanical skill with foundational electrical know-how to perform both preventive maintenance and timely repairs, all while reinforcing a safe, clean, and continuously improving operation. Impact you'll make
Execute entry- to mid-level corrective and preventive maintenance to sustain and improve asset performance. Adjust control instruments and functional machine components; repair/replace defective parts; recondition or repair machine tools. Source and identify parts, supplies, and repair materials needed for effective maintenance. Pitch in across the department, providing support and backup as assigned by leadership. Model maintenance industry standards and uphold 5S and housekeeping requirements. Drive CI initiatives, contributing to processes, measurable results, and cost savings. Perform basic machining (lathe, drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools) and basic welding when needed to fabricate or repair parts. Maintain accurate CMMS records and leverage history for smarter troubleshooting. Carry out basic troubleshooting on control systems circuitry. Pursue technical self-study to advance your skills and career. Follow safety policies, rules, regulations, instructions, and guidelines; maintain situational awareness and flag unsafe behaviors or conditions. What you bring
High school diploma or GED. Associate degree (technical focus) OR 18 months of related general industry experience OR successful completion of the ATS Technician Progression Program. Fundamental understanding of electrical and mechanical systems and the ability to make repairs. Proficiency with basic hand tools. Core skills

PLCs: Allen Bradley, Siemens Conveyor systems Physical demands & conditions
Regular: standing, walking, using hands/fingers, reaching,
climbing/ascending/descending
or balancing (ladder or lift), stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling in confined spaces, talking/hearing. Occasional: sitting. Lifting: occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds. Vision: regular close and color vision. Exposure: occasional outside weather and risk of electrical shock. Environment: factory setting that is usually very loud; potential exposure to hazardous materials and/or greasy or slippery floors.
