Overview
As the Senior Ecommerce Manager for Amazon and other Marketplaces, your primary responsibility will be maximizing profitability through strategic and efficient operations. You will lead initiatives to enhance product performance, reduce costs, and optimize pricing strategies to boost profit margins. Leveraging data analytics, you will identify high-margin opportunities, refine inventory management, and ensure cost-effective advertising campaigns. Collaborating with cross- functional teams, you will implement innovative strategies to improve operational efficiency while maintaining a high standard for how the brand is represented to the public. This role calls for a results-driven leader with a keen eye for financial metrics and a proven ability to deliver sustained profitability in a dynamic, competitive environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the company's Amazon Ecommerce initiatives across the United States, Canada, UK, and other international markets. Focus on product merchandising, marketing, fulfillment, and technological enhancements to optimize profitability.
- Prioritize high-impact channels including Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, Walmart WFS, Target+, Temu, and others. Explore additional online retail sites for strategic growth opportunities.
- Identify and resolve data inaccuracies and listing errors through detailed analysis, initiating corrective actions to ensure consistency and reduce inefficiencies.
- Develop and execute an online merchandising strategy to enhance product imagery, promotions, cross- selling/upselling opportunities, and compelling product copy to maximize revenue.
- Establish, monitor, and manage off‑site FBA & WFS inventory levels to minimize storage fees while maintaining robust in‑stock availability to support sales growth.
- Leverage Amazon Brand Registry and Brand Security tools to safeguard Ultra PRO brands and product listings while preserving marketplace integrity.
- Formulate and implement digital marketing strategies such as PPC, promotion pricing, SEO optimization, and new programs as they are rolled out on various marketplace platforms.
- Collaborate with the Marketing department to create rich content and exceptional brand assets like product photos, videos, and detailed descriptions. Present the content in innovative and appealing A+ Content and other similar product pages. The goal is to optimize the customer experience and involvement with the brands' high standards.
- Design and maintain brand stores that drive higher AOV and repeat purchasing.
- Maintain and grow direct sales, the 1P business, like Vendor Central. Ensure that the pricing is up-to-date to keep high profit margins. Oversee Vendor Agreements to ensure terms are acceptable and maintain expected profit margins.
- Propose bundling opportunities and quantity packs with Product Development teams to introduce new high‑margin SKUs for online sales.
- Explore innovative product ideas to diversify and expand the Amazon catalog, targeting profitable niches and market gaps.
- Monitor compliance across Amazon platforms to mitigate risks and avoid penalties, preserving profitability.
- Stay informed on emerging Ecommerce innovations and technologies, proposing actionable applications to elevate the company’s competitive edge.
- Track and analyze performance metrics, driving strategic adjustments to meet or exceed profit margin targets.
- Maintain detailed P&L statements specific to Amazon and marketplace activities, ensuring accurate tracking of financial performance.
- Conduct in‑depth SKU economic analysis to guarantee profit margins remain above wholesale pricing benchmarks while improving overall revenue streams.
- Oversee the Inventory Fulfillment Manager to ensure inventory replenishment aligns with sell‑through rates, maintaining consistent product availability across Ecommerce channels.
- Engage in training sessions and industry discussions to remain updated on new product launches and evolving market trends, applying insights to enhance profitability.

Educational/Experience Requisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
- 5+ years of e‑commerce work experience
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- 4+ years of experience with Seller Central.
- Experience with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar tools are strongly recommended.
- Ability to develop and manage large datasets.
- 2+ years’ experience with Amazon vendor and seller portals
