Are you organized, professional, and tech-savvy? Were looking for a reliable Secretary/Administrative Assistant who can keep our office running smoothlyand knows their way around QuickBooks.

Position: Secretary / Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and scheduling
Manage office tasks including filing, data entry, and correspondence
Use QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks: invoicing, expense tracking, etc.
Support management with admin duties and communications

Requirements:
Prior experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
Proficiency in QuickBooks
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Bilingual -Spanish
