Nulixir is scaling fast, and world‑class talent is the lever. As our Director of Recruiting Operations, you’ll build and run the systems, processes, and analytics that power every hire—from high‑volume technical roles to senior leadership. Your work will directly shape our growth trajectory and our culture.
About Nulixir
Nulixir is a VC+PE‑backed B2B nano‑biotechnology company building smart nanocarriers (Nusomes) that optimize functional ingredients in Food & Beverage (e.g., nootropics, energy, vitamins, probiotics, proteins). We’re redefining how functionality is delivered in “intelligent food.” Founded in 2019, our team blends CPG veterans, cancer researchers, US attorneys, and nutritionists; our board includes senior executive leaders from Pepsi, Danone, McKinsey & Company, Paine Schwartz Partners, and more.
Why this role matters
- Company‑critical seat: You will design, operationalize, and continuously improve the hiring engine that fuels our hypergrowth.
- Executive exposure: Partner directly with functional heads and the executive team; your dashboards and recommendations drive headcount planning and offer decisions.
- High leverage: Improve time‑to‑hire, offer acceptance, and quality‑of‑hire while elevating candidate experience and employer brand.
What you’ll do
Build the system
- Own our end‑to‑end recruiting operations—workflow design, interviewer enablement, structured interviewing, and process compliance.
- Optimize our ATS/HR tech stack and data hygiene; deliver trusted funnel analytics and weekly exec‑level dashboards.
- Create repeatable sourcing playbooks; develop pipelines for priority roles and future needs.
- Translate hiring plans into executable req strategies; calibrate with hiring managers and align on profile, competencies, and scorecards.
- Drive multi‑channel sourcing (direct sourcing, referrals, networks, events) and manage agencies only when ROI‑positive.
- Orchestrate an excellent candidate experience: timely comms, prep, feedback loops, and tight coordination.
Raise the bar
- Lead continuous improvement—A/B test outreach, refine scorecards, close loop on declines, and coach interviewers.
- Partner with HR on onboarding to ensure Day‑1 readiness and a smooth 30/60/90 ramp.
What you bring
- 5+ years in Recruiting Operations, Talent Acquisition, or related hiring leadership in a fast‑paced environment.
- Mastery of sourcing strategies, structured selection methodologies, and interviewer/candidate experience design.
- Strong program management and prioritization; you keep multiple searches and stakeholders on‑track.
- Data fluency: you build dashboards, spot signal in the funnel, and make decisions with evidence.
- Hands‑on with ATS/HR systems and integrations; you insist on clean data and scalable workflows.
- Clear, candid communicator who builds trust with candidates, hiring managers, and execs.
- Working knowledge of employment law/compliance and a demonstrated commitment to DEI in hiring.
