Bookkeeper duties:
o Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
o Reconcile balance sheets, bank accounts, and inventory transactions
o Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements, reports, and analyses
o Process journal entries, accruals, and expense allocations
o Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end closing
o Handle payroll administration, including coordination with external payroll providers
o Maintain compliance with internal controls and assist with audits
o Generate reports and dashboards using SAP B1 for management review
o Perform general administrative tasks for the company as needed
