IT Support Specialist Location:

Pooler, GA Pay Rate:

$22.00 - $26.00 per hour Shift:

Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM Requirements:

2 years of IT support or help desk experience

Strong troubleshooting skills

Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 environments

Basic networking (LAN/WAN)

Familiarity with ticketing systems

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (may require occasional on-site hardware support)

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to document issues clearly and follow internal IT processes

Strong customer service mindset

Open to feedback and growth-you're coachable and always learning
