Job Description
We are seeking skilled Custom Machine Builders to join our team. This role involves building custom machines from start to finish based on mechanical and electrical prints. These positions are contract to hire and do not require travel.
Build custom machines from start to finish based on mechanical and electrical prints.
Work independently to build machines after a couple of weeks into training.
Read and understand mechanical blueprints and electrical schematics.
Maintain a steady pace in a manufacturing environment, which includes bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders for up to 11 hours a day.
Lift up to 50 lbs as required.
Work as part of a team and also independently.
Provide own hand tools suitable for the job (a list will be provided).
Enter daily transactions using basic computer skills.
Obtain a Hi-lo license during employment.
Essential Skills
At least 3 years of machine building experience.
Ability to build machines from blueprints.
Good mechanical skills with a focus on safety and quality.
Experience with blueprints, assembly, machine building, mechanical assembly, and hand tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
A good attendance record and punctuality.
Forklift experience is highly desired.

Work Environment
The work environment is clean and organized, with opportunities to build different types of machines. The role requires working 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday from 6 am to 4 pm, with optional Friday shifts from 6 am to 11 am. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
