As a Trimsaw Operations Specialist, you’ll guide raw materials through our production flow, turning specs into finished parts with accuracy and care. If you enjoy solving problems on the fly and keeping machines running at their best, you’ll feel at home here. What a night looks like You arrive for the evening handoff, review production targets, and set up the trimsaw for the first run. Between changeovers, you keep a sharp eye on gauges, dimensions, and surface quality—making micro-adjustments so the next lot is even better than the last. A brief pause? That’s your cue to clean, lube, and inspect. When something doesn’t sound right, you trace it, troubleshoot it, and get the line humming again. Throughout the shift, you partner with teammates, share updates, and help the team beat the clock without compromising safety. Compensation & schedule
Pay: $20–$23 per hour Current opening: $23/hr; Sunday–Thursday, 8:00pm–6:30am $1 shift differential applies Core responsibilities
Operate trimsaw equipment to cut to exact measurements and tolerances Monitor quality and throughput; adjust to maintain consistency and reduce waste Perform routine maintenance and first-line troubleshooting on trimsaw systems Inspect finished parts for dimensional accuracy and finish quality Keep the work area orderly to support safety and efficiency Coordinate with teammates to hit nightly production goals and deadlines Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements without exception Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Hands-on experience with trimsaws or comparable cutting machinery is a plus Detail-driven mindset with a strong commitment to quality Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions Basic mechanical aptitude for setup, maintenance, and adjustments Clear communicator and dependable team player Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Proficiencies that set you apart
