Handle
advanced electrical and drivability issues
Keep your workspace clean and organized
Communicate clearly with your team and the service advisor
Hit consistent production goals (targeting
45–50 flagged hours/week )
What We're Looking For 8+ years
of hands-on automotive experience
Strong
diagnostic and drivability
skills
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
Someone who takes pride in
doing things right the first time
Open to techs with great work ethic and a growth mindset
