Managing Director – Financial Advisory Services EisnerAmper is seeking a Financial Advisory Services Managing Director to join our dynamic growing advisory practice. This role will lead complex financial advisory engagements across areas such as restructuring, bankruptcy, forensic accounting, litigation support, and valuation. The Managing Director will drive strategic outcomes for clients, develop talent, expand service offerings, and strengthen EisnerAmper’s market presence.

Responsibilities
Lead and advise on complex financial advisory matters, including restructuring, insolvency, forensic investigations, litigation support, and valuation.
Oversee financial and operational analyses for distressed companies, creditor groups, and fiduciaries to drive strategic outcomes and maximize value.
Manage cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated services across restructuring, forensic accounting, and valuation disciplines.
Conduct investigations into potential fraud, misappropriation, or misconduct, and support clients in litigation and dispute resolution.
Prepare expert reports and provide testimony in litigation, arbitration, or mediation settings.
Oversee business valuations for transactional, dispute, financial reporting, and tax purposes.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and expand EisnerAmper’s Financial Advisory Services presence in the market.
Collaborate with firm leadership to shape practice strategy, go‑to‑market initiatives, and service innovation.
Represent the firm as a thought leader through industry involvement, speaking engagements, and published content.
Mentor and develop team members, promote a culture of excellence, accountability, and professional growth.
Initiate business development activities and cultivate internal and external networks through client events, conferences, and professional organizations.
Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in financial advisory, restructuring, forensic accounting, litigation consulting, or valuation, preferably within a professional services or consulting firm.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Proven record leading complex engagements involving distressed companies, disputes, investigations, or fiduciary roles.
Advanced knowledge of financial analysis, insolvency processes, forensic methodologies, and valuation techniques.
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships and originate new business.
Experience in building, managing, and motivating high‑performing teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
CPA, CIRA, CFE, CTP, CFA, ASA, or other relevant professional certification.
