Recruiting Coordinator Position Provide multi‑state sourcing and full‑cycle recruitment for distribution center positions including high‑volume recruitment; ensures recruiting and selection processes are legally compliant. Maintain daily review of new applicants via the Applicant Tracking System and other recruiting aggregators; partners with Hiring Managers and candidates on a weekly basis regarding status updates. Conduct Intake Sessions with Hiring Manager within 24 hours of receiving Job Requisition. Utilize company approved templates for postings and sourcing to various job boards and other recruitment resources as a part of your day‑to‑day job duties; updates weekly recruitment spreadsheet for candidate reporting and metrics tracking. Partner with HR field leaders to arrange interviews and travel/lodging, as applicable. Source, assess, interview, and influence talent for non‑exempt roles. Develop recruitment strategy for hard‑to‑fill positions in partnership with Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager and HR Director; define and execute sourcing strategies and hiring expectations timeline. Create and generate HR reports as directed by leadership. Conduct audits of internal HR files and policies. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly Talent Acquisition and Human Resources cadence standards. Assist in special projects such as audits, reports and associate event coordination. Create and maintain both Job and Candidate Requisition Folders based on Williams‑Sonoma, Inc company standards. Other duties, as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field. At least 1‑3 years of recruiting and sourcing experience in a distribution center or manufacturing environment, supporting high‑volume positions. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite with an emphasis on Excel; must have experience with PowerPoint, Canva or other related graphic design and communication software. Must have a high degree of professionalism and the ability to work with confidential information. Ability to meet and exceed department recruitment metrics and build recruitment strategies, as needed to fill positions in a timely manner based on Department KPI’s. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and basic Human Resources Information System (HRIS) platforms. Must be able to multitask and change recruitment focus based on the needs of the business. Preferred Qualifications Kronos Time‑Keeping Systems. Bilingual in Spanish. Physical Requirements Occasionally will need to lift items weighing 10‑20 lbs. Ability to sit or stand for 8 to 10‑hour periods and bend and twist at waist and knees as required to complete job tasks.
