What You'll Do

As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of campus recruiting and our firm-wide internship program. Your focus will be on delivering an exceptional early talent experience and building strong pipelines of future leaders. You'll own the full lifecycle of our campus recruiting efforts-from employer branding and university partnerships to intern engagement and conversion-while managing a small, high-performing team and collaborating across the organization to ensure alignment on our early talent strategy.

Internship Program Management

  • Design, execute, and continuously enhance the firm's internship program, ensuring a best-in-class experience
  • Coordinate program logistics, onboarding, events, and professional development activities


Intern Experience & Engagement
  • Develop and execute intern engagement strategies to strengthen connection, learning, and belonging throughout the program
  • Partner with business leaders to ensure meaningful intern projects, mentorship, and performance feedback


Intern Conversion Strategy
  • Create and manage an intern-to-full-time conversion process that maximizes retention of high-performing talent
  • Leverage feedback and data to refine program effectiveness and conversion rates year over year


Campus Recruiting Leadership
  • Oversee all campus recruiting activities across targeted universities and student organizations
  • Manage and coach a team of 2 recruiters and 1 coordinator, ensuring operational excellence and consistent execution of strategy
  • Represent the firm at key recruiting events, maintaining strong relationships with campus partners and student organizations
Strategy & Analytics
  • Own all campus recruiting and internship program analytics and reporting (pipeline health, conversion metrics, ROI, etc.)
  • Use data to identify trends, make recommendations, and inform continuous improvement
  • Build dashboards and reporting mechanisms to provide visibility to key stakeholders and leadership teams
  • Assist TA Director as needed with additional TA-wide analytics


Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Partner closely with key internal TA stakeholders to ensure alignment on early talent goals and workforce planning
  • Act as a trusted advisor to internal teams, sharing insights on market trends, campus engagement best practices, and competitive intelligence


Who You Are

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years focused on campus or early career recruiting
  • Proven experience leading a recruiting team and managing internship programs
    • University/early talent recruiting experience is a plus
  • Strong data orientation-comfortable using metrics to drive decisions and tell stories
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
  • Passion for developing early career talent and creating meaningful candidate experiences
  • Experience in improving processes, executing change, and overcoming challenges
  • Have advanced knowledge and experience of ATS tools, preferred Workday
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism throughout the entire recruiting process

Estimated Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000

*Salaries offered to candidates are determined based on factors such as candidate's relevant skillset, experience, licensure, and certifications, as well as job responsibilities, geography, market considerations, and organizational needs.
