Job Description We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated Construction Design Project Manager to join a progressive Financial Services Account. The selected candidate will manage multiple projects at various phases, focusing on speed to market, data quality, and budget. The role requires managing project needs, stakeholders, and supporting process improvements and personal career development. Additionally, the candidate will track project financials and schedules, with experience in Financial Services Retail Banking preferred but not required. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Plan and oversee multiple projects, including security, signage, decommission, ADA, ATM, major renovations, and tenant improvements. Manage projects through all phases from identification to closeout across various locations. Be fully accountable for end-to-end project management. Lead project teams of architects, engineers, contractors, property management, and other stakeholders. Provide weekly updates on project activities. Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and report using client’s project management tools. Develop risk management plans and ensure compliance within critical environments. Apply project management skills during client interactions to develop project scope and goals. Prepare and manage project documentation, including charters, reports, budgets, schedules, and punch lists. Manage vendors to ensure compliance and complete project closeout within 60 days of completion. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field preferred. Certification in architecture, engineering, or project management preferred. Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in design and construction. Experience with scope development, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and contracts required. Experience in Financial Services is a plus but not mandatory. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Proficiency with Microsoft Office, project scheduling software, and web-based applications. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
