We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel in a high-end insurance environment. This opportunity is ideal for agents who are confident, independent, and capable of working without extensive oversight.
Who We Are NOT Looking For:
Agents desperate to make money, needing immediate cash flow.
Agents unable to invest in their own leads to generate sales.
Agents requiring hand-holding at every step.
Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-$70/month).
Uncoachable agents with a large ego who are not open to training.
Who We ARE Looking For:
Competent communicators who can effectively articulate the value of our products.
Agents comfortable discussing high-premium policies; our average client pays over $250/month.
Self-motivated individuals ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation.
Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).
We do not sell traditional life insurance products like final expense or mortgage protection. Our business is conducted entirely through virtual meetings via telephone and Zoom.
Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales.
We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are looking to expand our team with more talented agents.
