Position Overview As a
Project Manager – Facilities Construction
at LJA
Business Solutions , you will lead corporate office projects, including new offices, relocations, expansions, and decommissioning, overseeing all phases from planning to closeout. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, consultants, landlords, and contractors while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals.
A Typical Day Might Include
Leading corporate office projects from planning to closeout, including new office builds, relocations, and decommissions.
Hosting project kickoff and coordination meetings with internal and external teams.
Developing and managing project schedules and budgets while tracking performance.
Reviewing construction drawings and ensuring accuracy and compliance with specifications.
Providing technical oversight and maintaining stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
Traveling to various office locations to oversee construction progress and ensure delivery excellence.
Required Education / License / Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.
Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and clean driving record.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in architecture or construction.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build strong relationships and lead cross‑functional teams.
Willingness and ability to travel frequently (60%+ across Texas, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, South Carolina, Colorado, Arizona, and Tennessee).
Ideally, You Should Also Have
Experience overseeing corporate office buildouts, relocations, and decommissioning.
Strong understanding of construction drawings and design coordination.
Experience managing project schedules, budgets, and stakeholder relationships.
Familiarity with IT and real estate integration in construction projects.
