About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Data Governance Sr Analyst to support data governance and quality initiatives across our finance and procurement functions. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate supplier and financial data, supporting compliance, and improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities Procurement & Vendor Data Support
Assist in monitoring procurement activities to ensure vendor compliance.
Support audits and reviews to identify non-compliant vendor usage.
Help analyze procurement data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Data Governance & Standards
Support the implementation of data governance policies and procedures.
Collaborate with teams to ensure consistent use of data definitions and standards.
Help track compliance with data governance protocols.
Supplier Master Data Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier master data.
Assist with supplier onboarding and updates.
Identify and help resolve data inconsistencies and duplication.
Data Quality & Cleansing
Participate in data cleansing projects to improve data accuracy.
Use tools and reports to validate and improve data quality.
Support automation efforts to streamline data validation processes.
Training & Change Support
Help communicate new data rules and standards to stakeholders.
Provide support and training on data entry and governance best practices.
Assist in tracking compliance metrics and reporting.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Data Management, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in finance operations, procurement, or data management.
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) and data tools.
Experience with Coupa or similar spend management platforms is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and collaboration abilities.
Passion for data governance and continuous improvement.
Preferred Skills
Exposure to data governance frameworks or certifications (e.g., DAMA, DCAM) is a plus.
Experience with data cleansing or automation tools.
Understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR, CCPA) is helpful.
