Overview of the Lead, Stock / Fulfillment role You will model and coach connecting with customers, selling the brand's lifestyle, and providing exceptional service. You will ensure operational standards protect the Brand's image and interests. Additionally, you will support the management team in maximizing individual performance and establishing routines that enhance productivity and efficiency. Oversee Back of House operations: Omni/fulfillment, receiving, shipping, inventory management, stockroom organization, and markdown/markup execution. Execute customer fulfillment across all channels, leveraging services like BOPIS, SFS, STS, Home Delivery, and Installation to meet customer needs while maintaining profitability and brand image. Model, train, and coach team members on productivity and performance related to fulfillment, BOPIS/Design Crew conversion, processing, packing, and stockroom standards. Manage shipping and processing stations, product staging, and supplies to ensure efficient receipt and dispatch of merchandise. Conduct routine audits and reconciliations (UPS, DIAR, Markdown) and establish daily routines to minimize loss/shrinkage. Create an environment where all associates are treated fairly with dignity and respect, aligned with our People First Philosophy. Criteria Effective communication, organization, and leadership skills. Proven ability to motivate and influence others through personal actions and example. Employment or promotion to this role will depend on a successful background check. 1-3 years retail sales experience, management experience preferred. 1-2 years of home-related or specialty experience (design, visual merchandising, stockroom responsibilities) preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods. Ability to lift and move medium to large items, up to 75 lbs., with appropriate equipment and safety techniques. Full-time associates should have open availability to meet business needs. Part-Time Flex associates must be available for at least 15 hours weekly, including weekends and weekdays, and during inventory and holiday seasons.
