Service Technician/Mechanic - GSE/Diesel (Seattle, WA)
TCR North America is expanding rapidly and we are excited to welcome a skilled and motivated Technician to our Seattle team. In this pivotal role you will perform essential maintenance and repairs while overseeing the readiness and availability of vehicles and equipment to support efficient, high‑quality operations for our clients.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and troubleshoot GSE using diagnostic software and read mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic schematics to solve complex problems independently.
Perform technical, mechanical, and electrical repairs, conduct quality checks, and ensure safe transport of GSE while actively participating in OHS processes.
Accurately report work orders and timesheets in the TCR system, check vehicles, scan spare parts, complete maintenance checklists, and handle replenishment and documentation of used parts.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, uphold quality control measures, and maintain product integrity.
Act responsibly to prevent injuries, adhere to safety regulations, use safety equipment appropriately, report incidents, and promote health and safety initiatives.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience with hydraulics, mechanical, air‑pressure, air‑con/refrigeration units, and electrical systems.
Skilled in reading electrical and hydraulic diagrams; customer‑oriented, committed to QAHSE, result‑oriented, decisive under pressure, strong communicator, and a role model for junior technicians.
