Role Responsibilities
Lead the team in determining operations for product fabrication and assembly.
Implement cost-saving process improvements.
Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
Estimate time requirements and prepare operation sheets.
Recommend and implement improvements in operations, equipment utilization, and related areas to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in a related field.
5+ years of relevant experience.
Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
Additional Requirements
Candidates must be eligible to obtain the necessary security clearance.
Must meet nationality requirements as specified.
