High End Insurance Sales Agency Opportunity
We are seeking top-tier, self-motivated, and self-managed sales professionals who excel independently and are ready to thrive in a high-end insurance sales environment.
Who We Are NOT Looking For:
Agents who are desperate to make money and need immediate financial relief.
Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads to generate sales.
Agents who require hand-holding at every step of the process.
Agents interested in selling low-premium policies ($30-$70/month).
Uncoachable individuals with a large ego who are not open to guidance.
Who We ARE Looking For:
Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively connect with clients.
Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month if you know what you're doing.
Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system that works without needing external motivation.
Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).
We do not sell traditional life insurance, final expense, or mortgage protection policies. All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings.
Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales.
We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are looking to expand our team with more talented agents.
