As a Scientist, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting cross‑functional teams. Manufacturing Process Scientist Location:
Middletown, VA Pay Range:
$40 What's the Job? Optimize current solution manufacturing processes to improve quality, reduce costs, and ensure regulatory compliance. Oversee production of solutions, review documentation, and work with teams to streamline processes. Review and update production documentation, collaborating with Quality and SMEs to align instructions with actions. Apply process metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and characterize process enhancements. Perform root‑cause investigations on systems and components to resolve issues and enhance product quality and reliability. What's Needed? Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field. Strong knowledge of formulation science, chemical processes, and process engineering principles. Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience within an ISO 13485 environment. Familiarity with Bill of Materials (BOM). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail. Knowledge and experience in Analytical Chemistry is a plus.
