Coors Distributing Company (CDC) is one of the nation’s leading beer distributors based out of Denver, CO. We are the critical link between our brewery suppliers that produce the beer and the retail outlets where they are sold, as well as the restaurants and bars where they are consumed. We were founded in 1971 and became MillerCoors LLC in 2008 as part of the joint venture between Miller Brewing Company and Coors Brewing Company, and we remain the only company owned distributor for Molson Coors Beverage Company. Major brand acquisitions occurred in January of 2010 making Coors Distributing Company one of the top 25 largest beer distributors in the country with over 30 suppliers, roughly 14 million cases per year, and nearly 400 employees.
What You'll Be Brewing
Sales Execution (50%) Manage all aspects of the sales function for assigned accounts, including timely completion of daily call list to ensure order processing for next day delivery.
Call to include new product offerings, promotions, and point-of-sale opportunities.
Contact new customers for CDC and begin account set-up process.
Maintain current product knowledge.
Timely completion of daily call list to ensure processing of order for 48-hour delivery.
Relationship Management (25%) Establish and maintain professional customer relationships.
Resolve customer concerns or complaints within approved parameters.
Daily completion of contact log.
Delivery of signage or POS to accounts as time permits.
Maintain communication after daily work hours to meet customer service needs.
Compliance (25%) Accounts receivable management of each assigned account.
Understand and comply with all federal, state, and local regulations, CDC and MillerCoors policies.
Adhere to all CDC safety policies, procedures, and training.
Follow proper procedures for all new tap-ins, line cleaning, and minor draft problems.
Other Responsibilities
Track product dates and notify Quality Representative of necessary rotations.
Partner with Quality Representative and Delivery Team to ensure efficient service level at retail.
Assist in developing future processes or programs within Tel-Sell.
May be asked to assist other Tel-Sell Reps, Customer Service, or Receptionist during busy periods or absences.
Ability to sit or stand at desk while on telephone 8 hours per day.
Ability to enter data into computer while on the phone.
Other duties as assigned.
Key Ingredients
High School Diploma or GED required.
Excellent verbal communication and telephone discipline skills essential.
Customer service experience or similar in the beverage industry preferred.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
Proven organizational skills.
Team player who can work independently.
Bilingual skills in Spanish or Asian Pacific language (Vietnamese, Cantonese, Laotian, Cambodian, etc.) strongly preferred.

Pay And Benefits At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do. The posted salary range for this role is $44,600 – $58,500, with a 5% target short‑term incentive and approximately $23,000 in benefits per employee, including health, dental, vision, retirement with above‑market employer match, wellness incentives, and paid time off.
