Surgery Thoracic, Cardiothoracic Surgery Job Summary: Medical City Heart Hospital is seeking a cardiothoracic surgeon to join their established employed practice and growing service line. Qualified Candidates: Experience in all aspects of adult cardiothoracic surgery with a focus on heart transplantation, VAD, and mechanical circulatory support (ECMO and Impella). Additional training in heart transplant/mechanical circulatory support is desirable. Ability to work collaboratively within a growing team. Partner with an additional CT surgeon. Practice primarily at Medical City Heart Hospital in Dallas, with opportunities for additional work in satellite hospitals. Excellent perfusionists, cardiac anesthesiologists, surgical physician assistants, and critical care colleagues. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Upcoming expansion with a 3-floor addition, including 28 CVICU beds and 26 PCU beds in September 2025. Recruitment of 3 new Heart Failure Cardiologists planned.
