Travel Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate
ICU RN
to join our critical care team. The ICU RN is responsible for delivering comprehensive, high-acuity care to critically ill or injured patients. This role requires advanced clinical knowledge, excellent critical thinking skills, and the ability to respond swiftly to life-threatening situations in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct, round-the-clock care to critically ill patients with multi-system conditions Monitor and interpret vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and hemodynamic data Administer and titrate critical medications and IV drips (e.g., vasopressors, sedatives, insulin drips) Perform advanced assessments and interventions including ventilator management and code response Collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary care teams Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to hospital and regulatory standards Support patients and families during complex medical situations, including end-of-life care Qualifications:
Active RN license
in good standing Minimum 2 years of recent ICU or critical care experience BLS and ACLS certifications
