A Bit About Us A growing California-based law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with at least 2+ years of civil litigation experience and a strong background in real estate matters. Key Responsibilities
Handle real estate litigation cases from start to finish—case assessment, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trial prep, settlement, and appeals
Develop litigation strategies and lead negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
Provide counsel on complex property and transactional issues
Draft and review legal documents related to real estate disputes and contracts
Engage in the firm’s business development initiatives through relationship-building and client outreach
Cultivate new client connections and contribute to firm growth through proactive networking and referrals
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active California Bar license in good standing
Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate litigation preferred
Strong analytical, writing, and advocacy skills
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment
Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in business development
Commitment to professional growth and community engagement
