Join our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Center of Excellence team as the Demand Planning Program Manager—IBP COE, where you will serve as the tactical demand planning process lead on the Demand Center of Excellence, supporting the supply chain planning system and process documentation. Reporting to the Director, Demand Planning in the Center of Excellence, you will work closely with the Portfolio and Regional Demand Planning community to define and continuously improve standard processes and systems. Responsibilities

Analyze, develop, and implement long‑term supply chain strategies that enable best‑in‑class demand forecasting and support business goals Support business execution of new programs and initiatives that improve forecasting for promotional activities, key events, and portfolio complexity management (new product launches, versioning, phase out) Monitor key sales and operations planning performance indicators, cost‑to‑serve performance data, and coordinate cross‑functional work teams to increase the effectiveness of supply chain initiatives Develop roadmaps and drive impactful continuous improvement for the demand planning system (Blue Yonder) Support ongoing deployment of the end‑to‑end supply chain planning system as it pertains to demand planning (Blue Yonder) Develop and maintain standard processes, RACIs, and how‑to guides to support day‑to‑day tactical demand planning Drive adoption of standard processes and systems through education/training and voice of the customer engagement Develop Analytics & Insights tools to visualize performance and automate exception management/alerts Lead Demand Community of Practice meetings and Office Hours Lead and participate in cross‑functional problem solving (A3/DMAIC) to address systemic issues and horizontally deploy improvements pan‑Medtronic Conduct internal and external benchmarking Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree plus a minimum of 5 years demonstrated results in Supply Chain demand planning and sales and operations planning, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of the same experience Nice to Have

Expert knowledge of demand planning & financial planning processes Knowledge of Supply Chain best practices, inclusive of IBP/​SOE Strong business acumen – understanding different commercial operating models Superior project management skills, including leading and running cross‑functional teams and programs. Detailed knowledge of PMI processes and PMP accreditation Mastery in Supply Chain systems (Blue Yonder, SAP, ECC, APO, Manugistics, BI, Tableau, etc.). Experience deploying new Supply Chain systems and processes Innovative & proactive with a continuous improvement mindset Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills and solid skills as a negotiator and facilitator to reach consensus, buy‑in, and commitment across multiple functions and global teams Coaching mindset with the ability to drive employee engagement, inclusion, and development Excellent communication, organizational skills, change management, stakeholder engagement, and influence experience Lean Sigma Green or Black Belt with a familiarity with the DMAIC process Physical Job Requirements

PR) locations (USD):$96,800.00 - $145,200.00 This position is eligible for a short‑term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP). The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
