They are brand ambassadors who build energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast-paced environment where technology innovations, customer needs, and the Retail experience are continuously evolving. They build significant connections with customers and focus on uncovering needs, educating, demonstrating, and recommending device and service solutions. This role is a learning role, where new associates are working with their team to build skills for the next level as a Mobile Expert. Successful completion of new employee training is required. Job Responsibilities

Build proficiency in serving and selling to customers while delivering a world-class customer experience and building loyalty by:

Helping customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey (online, Customer Care, or in-store). Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology. Side-by-side selling to provide personalized solutions beyond the basic device and service plan, including accessories and IoT devices. Approaching service and sales with composure, integrity, and compassion.

Become skilled with and consistently use digital tools in interactions and onboarding to demonstrate:

Coverage and network capabilities in the customer's neighborhood, including a fast LTE network. How T-Mobile plans and services enable unlimited connectivity and value. Training completed on in-store experience, new skills, processes, systems, and resources. Maximize shift time by seeking information between customers and staying informed about wireless innovations.

Establish relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels to:

Own the customer experience and resolve issues for a seamless environment. Identify and hand off small business leads. Support team initiatives and foster an inclusive environment.

Education and Work Experience

High School Diploma/GED (Required) 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail environment preferred (Required) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Passionate customer advocate; ability to be yourself when connecting with customers and having fun (Required) Competitive drive and success in a fast-paced sales environment (Required) Willingness to collaborate with peers and store leaders to serve customers and resolve issues (Required) Ability to balance customer needs and performance goals (Required) Licenses and Certifications

At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel

DOT Regulated Position (Yes/No): No Safety Sensitive Position (Yes/No): No Hourly Base Pay: $19.00, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. Within the first 90 days of employment, Mobile Associates receive on-the-job training and are eligible for hourly training pay. After promotion to Mobile Expert, eligibility exists for an annual incentive target of $18,000/year (varies based on performance and full-time status). All employees at T-Mobile are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives, and all employees are eligible for an Annual Stock Grant. Benefits
