Blufox Mobile, the largest branded partner for Comcast XFINITY services, seeks a dynamic Retail Store Manager to lead high‑speed Internet, mobile, home security, video, and voice service sales. The role is full‑time, located in Branford, CT, with a competitive salary of $65,000–$85,000 per year.

Responsibilities
Lead a team of representatives and maximize sales in the retail location.
Apply best practices for product positioning, account analysis, promotional offers, and customer service.
Analyze business metrics, implement practices, and manage key KPIs from the Sales Report.
Recruit, train, and develop sales representatives; maintain high Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
Develop and administer weekly and monthly sales incentives to meet growth objectives.
Collaborate with Operations to improve cost‑effectiveness.
Manage inventory of mobile devices, cable products, and accessories.
Follow cash handling policies, report exceptions, and ensure accurate cash procedures.
Deliver outstanding customer service in every interaction.
Coordinate with Leadership & Training to sustain effective sales channel training programs.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
3–5 years of sales experience (wireless, cable, or retail preferred).
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Reliable transportation and full‑time availability (min 45 hours/week).
