Clearwater positions open to candidates located in greater Tampa Bay area. As an SMB Sales Representative, you will benefit from some inbound leads and self-generate new opportunities. You will run online demos of KnowBe4’s Security Awareness Training Platform and successfully sell our value proposition to prospective clients, initially small and mid-sized businesses. After demonstrating success, promotion to Mid-Market or Enterprise sales could be available. Responsibilities
Promote and sell KnowBe4’s range of products and services Identify and close net new customers in the assigned territory Build and maintain pipeline of potential customers by developing and managing relationships with prospects Forecast new business prospects that lead to successful client relationships and sales Identify key decision makers while developing and qualifying new business opportunities within targeted markets through cold calling, networking and high-level prospecting Articulate the value proposition of KnowBe4’s products and help the customer understand how it will improve their security awareness training and overall security Achieve or exceed monthly quotas and/or targets Be well versed in KnowBe4’s product offerings and promote the products and services at trade shows as requested Follow up on marketing leads to generate new sales opportunities and pipeline Offer or negotiate discounted pricing in line with established policies and procedures Maintain accurate records for customer calls, emails, notes, tasks, and demos in compliance with policy Minimum Qualifications
Proven track record in sales 1-3 years selling software to Small and Medium Enterprises a plus Familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the IT Security Field Experience with Salesforce and Gmail Network or Security Plus preferred Excellent verbal and written communications Motivated, energetic self-starter Strong collaborative and teamwork skills Must be able to work with minimum supervision Benefits
