Key Responsibilities Monitor and assess patients undergoing detoxification, documenting vital signs and symptoms. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and behavioral health staff to develop and implement care plans. Provide patient education regarding medications, treatment plans, and recovery processes. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinic policies and regulatory standards. Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions. Support patients with empathy and professionalism during challenging moments in their recovery
