ideally focused in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget Bachelors degree
in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field Extensive experience managing large-scale project budgets , including cost tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting Strong client and vendor management skills , with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships across stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft Excel , including data analysis, budgeting templates, and reporting tools
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with CAD systems , including interpreting technical drawings and collaborating with design teams
Day to Day Manage HVAC projects from inception to completion , ensuring alignment with design specifications, timelines, and budget constraints Coordinate HVAC activities with other trades , including drywall, plumbing, and electrical contractors, to maintain workflow efficiency and avoid conflicts Participate in jobsite meetings
to stay informed on project progress, address issues, and align with stakeholders Submit product information to General Contractors
for review and approval by architects and consulting engineers Distribute drawings and submittal documentation
to Superintendents and field personnel to support accurate execution Monitor project budgets , ensuring completion within financial targets and identifying cost-saving opportunities Determine optimal installation methods
that preserve design intent while maximizing efficiency and minimizing rework Communicate proactively with General Contractors
to resolve issues, including drafting and submitting Requests for Information (RFIs) when clarification is needed Negotiate with vendors
to secure favorable terms and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment Assemble and deliver closeout documentation
promptly to support project handover and compliance requirements Finalize project accounting
upon completion, ensuring accurate financial reconciliation and reporting Contribute to project design , including layout planning and system integration strategies
