Help lead a high-performing emergency medicine team providing clinical excellence to the Texas panhandle and the tristate area! BSA Health System is seeking a dynamic and experienced assistant facility medical director (AFMD) to help guide its emergency medicine (EM) team in delivering exceptional care. This full-time role offers a unique blend of leadership and clinical practice at a level III trauma center with exciting growth opportunities.
Opportunity Overview
60 hours of physician coverage and 40 hours of APC coverage daily within this level III trauma center
Annual volume of 54,000 per year
49 ED beds with a 31% admission rate and high acuity
Access to the most advanced laboratory in the region with a state of the art ED and hospital facilities
Extensive specialty back up in place, which includes most pediatric specialties as well as scribes at no cost to the physicians
EPIC as the EMR.
Required to be board certified / eligible ABEM

1099 clinical contract, highly competitive hourly rate with a strong RVU model
