Kingz Kimonos (kingz.com) is a growing Brazilian Jiu‑Jitsu uniforms and apparel brand dedicated to providing high‑quality products, competitive prices, and superior customer service. We are currently seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily operations, inventory control, and shipping logistics. The ideal candidate will lead by example, maintain high operational standards, and work collaboratively with our team to ensure an efficient and well‑organized warehouse environment.
Base pay range $25.00/hr - $30.00/hr
Schedule & Compensation
Full‑time: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Occasional Saturdays (9:45 AM – 3:15 PM) as needed
Pay Range: $25–$30 per hour (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
Coordinate and prepare stock replenishment for Amazon FBA, ensuring accurate labeling, packing, and timely delivery.
Maintain compliance with OSHA and all federal, state, and local warehouse safety regulations.
Protect company assets and ensure warehouse security through monitoring and proper procedures.
Oversee inventory audits, cycle counts, and annual physical inventory.
Identify and resolve quantity discrepancies and provide accurate reporting to management.
Maintain an optimal warehouse layout, cleanliness, and organization to ensure efficient workflows.
Support hiring, training, and development of warehouse staff; foster a positive, results‑driven work culture.
Establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor productivity and accuracy.
Collaborate with the Operations Manager and Customer Service Team to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
Participate in company events, such as tournaments and pop‑up shops, managing logistics and setup.
Prepare and manage annual warehouse budgets, staffing plans, and operational goals.
Occasionally drive the company’s commercial van for local deliveries, pickups, or event transport.
Ensure safe operation of company vehicles and maintain a clean driving record.
Perform other duties as requested by management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent work experience.
Hands‑on experience with Amazon FBA operations or e‑commerce inventory management preferred.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required).
Minimum 5 years of warehouse or logistics experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
Experience with inventory management systems and warehouse operations software.
Knowledge of the Brazilian Jiu‑Jitsu or martial arts industry is an advantage but not required.
Must be dependable, proactive, and capable of working in a fast‑paced environment.
