Responsibilities
Lead structural design efforts and manage team coordination internally and externally across disciplines Provide Construction Administration services including shop drawing review, RFI responses, and site observations Develop structural documentation, specifications, and perform design calculations in compliance with applicable codes Attend client and coordination meetings, author reports and correspondence, and ensure project quality and timelines Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis; Master’s degree preferred Professional Engineer (PE) license required 10+ years of progressive structural engineering experience, including 3+ years in project leadership Proficiency with structural design software such as ETABS, SAFE, RISA, RAM, ENERCALC, as well as Excel and Bluebeam Salary and Benefits
Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Health, dental, and vision insurance with $0 premium HDHP options $500 HSA contribution Year-end bonuses of 10–15% Three weeks PTO 55 hours of sick leave Car allowance Paid registration and licensure Licensure bonuses 401k with 3% match
