Your Role And Responsibilities In this role, you’ll step into a world of innovation and transformation. You’ll collaborate closely with clients, leveraging your deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud Technologies to craft tailored solutions that optimize financial processes and business operations. You’ll lead the charge in designing and implementing Oracle Cloud Technology solutions, ensuring seamless integration and customization. You’ll be the go‑to expert for troubleshooting complex technical designs, solutions & challenges, while providing top‑notch training and support to clients.
What You’ll Do
Extensive understanding of the Oracle HCM applications including tables, integrations, reports and fast formulas.
Translate business requirements into CEMLI deliverables.
Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions for Oracle HCM ERP/ Cloud Fusion projects.
Develop Security and Validation Strategies & Plans for Oracle HCM/ERP Cloud Fusion projects.
Assist clients in preparing validation scripts, testing scenarios and developing test scripts for Oracle HCM ERP/Cloud Fusion projects.
Experience of migrating data for projects from legacy systems of the clients.
Hands‑on experience with Fusion Release 13.
Prior experience leading HCM implementations & Managed Services engagements.
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
5+ years of experience with Cloud HCM. Modules: Payroll, Core HR, Absence, Benefits and OTL.
Oracle Cloud experience is a must.
3 to 4 years of Fusion Cloud Implementation experience.
Experience working in onsite/offshore models, collaborating independently to meet tight deadlines.
Sound understanding and exposure in designing strategy for Data Migration/Conversion, Integration Architecture and Proof of Concepts.
Good understanding of HCM business processes.
Strong expertise in relevant tools/technologies.
Hands‑on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Tools such as HCM Extracts and HDL.
Experience in HDL, Fast‑formulas, Extracts and BI Reports.
Experience with Infolets, dashboards and BIP (preferred).
Knowledge of OIC and VBCS (preferred).
Experience in Cloud Security – roles required.
Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.
Working with end customers: reviewing incidents/enhancements and providing solutions for post‑production issues.
Experience with Oracle Support – logging Service Requests (SR) and production issues.
Experience in post‑production instance maintenance.
Review quarterly cloud releases and perform impact analysis.
