Job Description
Connecticut Institute For Communities, Inc. / CIFC Health's School Based Health Centers, seek to hire full‑time / school‑year Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. Under the direction of the School Based Health Center's Program Manager and Chief of Pediatrics the position is responsible for providing outpatient primary care to the pediatric patients within a school environment. Job Types: Full‑time Outpatient Schedule: 8 hour shift - Monday to Friday - school‑year, potential for summer hours if wanted. Competitive compensation, plus comprehensive fringe benefits package including paid time off, 13 paid holidays, health, dental and vision coverages, as well as other ancillary coverages, and retirement program. In addition, as a federally qualified healthcare center (FQHC), this position is eligible to apply for a Loan Repayment Program through HRSA (Health Resources and Service Administration). Successful candidates must possess current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), and Registered Nurse (RN) licenses and Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) from the State of Connecticut Department of Public Health, and DEA Registration. Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply.
