Womens Senior Designer with focus on Wovens and Knits – Swim a plus
Responsibilities
Conduct trend research and shopping to identify new inspiration that aligns with the Brand DNA, seasonal concepts and market demands.
Interpret seasonal concepts and design ideas into sketches.
Proficient in garment construction to create comprehensive development tech packs with sketch details and specs for proto development.
Collaborate closely with Technical design team on Proto fittings, ensuring all design modifications are accurately documented on the tech packs.
Partner with product development team to source innovative trims and launch new embellishment mock‑up trials.
Participate in 1st production fittings to ensure the Design vision and integrity are accurately met.
Effectively prioritize and manage workload to meet our product development deadlines.
Maintain strong communication with both internal and overseas offices.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Fashion Design with 7-10 years of designer experience.
Highly skilled in Photoshop and Illustrator with the ability to create Cad sketches for presentation boards.
Strong proficiency in sketching and a deep understanding of garment construction.
Exceptionally organized with excellent time management abilities.
Creative problem solver to think outside the box.
Team player.
Salary: $110,000-$120,000
