The Manager of Quality Reporting and Analytics is responsible for managing a team of clinical quality analysts in the design, implementation, and evaluation of AltaMed’s quality reporting resources and tools. The Manager oversees data collection, analysis, evaluation, and reporting for AltaMed’s medical and dental FQHC sites and Contracted Network. This role serves as a liaison to all corporate departments, including but not limited to Epic Reporting, Data Analytics & Reporting, Business Intelligence, Clinical Informatics, Nursing, and Operations, to ensure efficient workflows, improve quality of care documentation and outcomes, and ensure accurate quality reporting. Serves as a resource and Subject Matter Expert (SME) on outcomes measurement and analysis aspects of the enterprise quality program. Minimum Requirements
A master’s Degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, or Public Health is required. Advanced certification or licensure in health care or process improvement is desired (LVN, RN, Project Management, LEAN, Six Sigma, CPHQ). Experience with Epic E.H.R., Cozeva, and Tableau is preferred. Minimum of 5‑7 years prior experience in an acute and ambulatory healthcare environment performing analytical, quality, and process improvement duties, with at least 3 years of leadership experience is preferred. Compensation: $101,509.73 - $126,887.17 annually Actual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations. The range is subject to change.
