Description As a freelance sales associate, you will provide makeup application, skin care advice, hair or fragrance consultations, and create a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in‑store experience that educates and delights our customers. You will collaborate with a high‑performing team to create in‑store events, maintain visual merchandising standards, and achieve high sales performance.
Qualifications
Retail experience preferred; acceptable for applicants with amateur level experience who can demonstrate high creative and technical expertise.
Strong customer service skills; ability to provide inspirational, authentic, personalized service.
Availability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
Experience with retail point‑of‑sale software.
Proof of right to live and work in the U.S. if invited for interview.
Pay Range The anticipated hourly range for this position is $21.60 to $32.40. Exact hourly rate depends on experience, skills, education, and budget. This position may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
