If you love the outdoors and want to be part of a diverse and welcoming community- we have a unique opportunity in Yakima Washington. We are looking for a hematology Oncology physician to join a growing 3 physician practice in our beautiful NorthStar lodge facility.
Yakima is a city shaped by diverse cultures, history, and traditions. The city is home to the Yakama Nation, and Latino heritage is also deeply woven into the city's identity. Surrounded by mountains with 300 days of sunshine per year it would be hard to find a more picturesque location to call home. Despite all this mountain access you get to be part of The MultiCare Cancer Institute, a physician led institute within the MultiCare Health System with multi-specialty partnership across hematology/oncology, radiation, surgical and supportive oncology service lines. We diagnose and treat more than 6,000 new cancer cases per year and span the state of Washington from Olympia, Spokane, Tacoma and Yakima. Our team and state-of-the-art programs create a world-class health care organization and the destination center for complex, disease-specific cancer care, advanced pathology and imaging support, and holistic supportive oncology care. We are growing to become the Pacific Northwest's highest value system of oncology care, with a goal of doubling our cancer caseloads by 2028.

An established 300+ provider multi-specialty group-Yakima Memorial Hospital and Clinic
The North Star Lodge, a full-service, multi-specialty freestanding cancer center
Full time 1.0 work schedule (4 full clinic days/1 administrative day)
Research opportunities, both industry-sponsored clinical trials and investigator-initiated research, in collaboration with dedicated staff
Competitive base+ compensation starting at $490,000.00 per year + wRVUs, annual quality incentive up to $75,000.00, sign on and relocation bonus, student loan reimbursement, and much more!

New physicians will work within a growing, multi‑disciplinary team including medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, surgical oncologists, oncologic proceduralists, and advanced practice providers. Ideal candidates will be instrumental in ensuring high patient satisfaction and high value oncology care. There is an opportunity for research and being a principal investigator.
